At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don't just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset - who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

Given Snowflake's explosive growth, we are expanding our Corporate Development team and seeking a highly motivated, analytically rigorous Corporate Development Analyst to support the execution of our inorganic growth strategy through key M&A and strategic investment initiatives.

This role works with senior leadership, deal leads and cross-functional partners to evaluate and support complex strategic opportunities. The scope includes transaction execution, financial analysis, and contributing to "build, partner, or buy" decisions that accelerate our product roadmap and global market penetration.

The ideal candidate is an intellectually curious, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical instincts and a passion for understanding disruptive trends across Data, Cloud Infrastructure and AI. You must have a strong foundation in financial analysis and a desire to develop expertise across the full M&A lifecycle.

What You Will Be Doing (Responsibilities)
  • Strategy & Planning: Support the refinement of the M&A strategy by analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and disruptive business models. This includes contributing to build vs. buy analyses and identifying strategic synergies.

  • Pipeline Development: Support the identification of targets (acquisitions, investments, and partnerships) that advance Snowflake's mission. This requires leveraging data-driven insights and proprietary research to pinpoint compelling public and private companies.

  • Relationship Management: Help maintain the team's network with VCs, investment banks, founders, and industry contacts by preparing briefing materials, tracking interactions, and supporting outreach to foster deal flow.

  • Deal Execution: Support the entire M&A lifecycle, from initial outreach preparation and business case development, due diligence coordination, data room management, and workstream tracking through closing of global and cross-border transactions.

  • Financial Expertise: Build and maintain comprehensive financial models, detailed valuation analyses, and strategic business cases, clearly articulating risks, returns, and impact.

What You Bring (Requirements)
  • 3+ years' experience in corporate development, venture capital, private equity or investment banking with a technology focus (prior corporate development experience in enterprise tech is a plus)

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related degree

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Excellent financial modeling skills

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
