Shift: Night Shift

Job Description:

• Employee is responsible for aiding in the filling out of the cook logs before the cooking process begins.
• The Cook II is also responsible for helping push and pull racks into and out of the ovens to and from the coolers.
• The Cook II aids the Head Cooks with any tasks necessary.
• The Cook II also scans racks into the ovens and out of the ovens.
• Communicate with Plant management about any deviations that may occur throughout shift
• Voice any concerns regarding safety or other production issues
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be able to push and pull racks up to 2,000 pounds with help
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in a cold environment for an extended period of time
• Must be able to work while standing for the entirety of the shift
• Must be able to work safely and communicate well with other
• Must be able to pass BTE Level 3
• Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check
