Description TEKsystems is currently seeking a Strategic Program Manager with Cloud Migration experience for a contract-to-hire opportunity. In this role, you'll own complex, multithreaded programs from strategy through delivery-blending agile and traditional methods to achieve measurable results. You'll build trust, energize crossfunctional teams, and create the frameworks that enable continuous improvement. Plans and manages complex programs comprised of multiple related projects focused on delivering strategic products, services, or corporate process improvements. Oversees all aspects of program lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals. Develops and implements robust program frameworks, emphasizing strategic communication and stakeholder engagement across all levels. Ensures all inter-project interdependencies are identified, documented, tracked, and completed. Ensures all program-level activities, risks, and issues are identified, documented, and managed appropriately. Facilitates cross-functional and cross-divisional collaboration, resolving escalated concerns and ensuring alignment across business units. Oversee and assist with coordination of vendor and strategic alliance activities related to assigned programs, including oversight of deliverables, issue resolution, risk management, and integration with internal project and program teams. Performs other duties as assigned. Skills Program management, Agile, Strategy, Project plan, software development, Pmp, Scrum, cloud migration experience Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Project Management, Business Administration Management. Previous experience managing cloud technology projects. Experience in software development project management. Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP) SAFe AGILIST, SAFe Release Train Engineer or other equivalent Agile Certification Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
