Job Duties
Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Pay: 21.28 - 31.11 USD Hourly

Additional Details: Full-time, M-F (Some Saturdays as needed)6am to 2pm (Could Change Business Needs). The desired location for this position would beLansing, MI. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week
