What You'll Do

The AV Warehouse Coordinator manages daily inventory operations and supports project teams by ensuring efficient material handling and tracking. You will oversee warehouse logistics, maintain inventory accuracy, and promote a safe, well-organized work environment.

  • Monitor and track construction equipment and project inventory.
  • Receive, unpack, and restock goods; process purchase orders and returns.
  • Operate forklifts and construction equipment while maintaining safety standards.
  • Conduct inspections of equipment and inventory storage locations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory databases and reconcile stock counts.
  • Support material shipments to job sites and ensure delivery accuracy.
  • Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and secure.


What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years in logistics or office management.
  • Construction site experience and forklift operation skills preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of inventory control and material handling processes.
  • Adaptability and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role requires sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so. The employee may also be required to work in tight and confined spaces. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
