Show Us What You've Got

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC machines or laser cutting equipment
• Experience with stainless steel tubing or tube laser cutting strongly preferred
• Knowledge of G-code, CAD/CAM software, and CNC programming
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and precision measurement
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment

The Job in Action

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines for stainless steel tubing production
• Program and adjust machines using CAD/CAM and CNC software
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production work orders
• Monitor machine performance and make precision adjustments to ensure quality cuts
• Inspect finished parts to verify dimensional accuracy and quality standards
• Perform basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment upkeep
• Safely load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and manufacturing best practices
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency and output
