We have an opportunity for a Receiving Material Handler to join our Moorpark, CA team. In this role, you will support operations by receiving incoming materials, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining efficient material flow throughout the facility.

You will:

• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation for accuracy
• Unload, transport, and stage materials using forklifts and material handling equipment
• Perform system transactions using ERP/MRP systems, scanners, and receiving documentation to maintain inventory accuracy
• Label, organize, and store materials in designated locations following FIFO and standard material flow processes
• Identify and escalate discrepancies, damaged materials, or shortages to appropriate teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area in compliance with company safety standards

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling environment
• Handson experience operating forklifts or similar material handling equipment
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems, scanners, or SAP/ERP software
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, packing slips, and material documentation
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to safety
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts (FIFO, material flow) preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist consistently throughout shift.
• Steel-toed footwear is required.

Compensation:

• The hourly pay for this role is $20.00 - $23.00/hour, DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.

Shift:

• 1st Shift: 5am start time (8-12 hour shifts)
• Overtime and weekends as needed.
