Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Some overtime may be required to fulfill job duties.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Technical Support Specialist you will:

  • Work independently under limited supervision supporting the repair depot executing the service programs designed for Epson products
  • Prepare and impart technical courses and for customer service
  • Report to the leadership team, statistics and numbers of news, using the standard communication media, in order to make the adjustments and improvement
  • Develop and update Repair Depot service instructions
  • Prepare a product launch plan identifying necessary tasks, responsibilities, and completion dates
  • Review and coordinate the revision and distribution of utilities to appropriate personnel
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance through the service ticket database
  • Review and acts on service documentation (ECN, TIB, SI, SB).
  • Researche and implement packaging decisions for newly launched products
  • Obtain test beds and special tools for launch of new product
  • Advise management of any product issues that negatively affect customer satisfaction
  • Advise management of any issues affecting the launch of new products

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $28.00 and $34.00 Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
