Description

This transition requires significant transmission expansion to ensure our members continue to receive reliable, affordable energy. We are seeking a driven and analytical Transmission Cost Analyst to help ensure the costs of this critical infrastructure are allocated fairly and effectively.

In this role, you will play an important part in evaluating transmission costs, supporting key decision-making, and contributing to discussions on new approaches and their impact on cost sharing across the region.

As our Transmission Cost Analyst, you will perform, coordinate, and support economic, financial, and strategic analysis within the Cost Allocation team.

You'll join a high-performing, collaborative, and diverse group that values creativity, adaptability, and teamwork while advancing the mission of equitable cost allocation.

    The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $75,000-$95,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.

    Qualifications
    Education
    Bachelors of Economics (required)
    Bachelors of Finance (required)
    Experience
    Previous Energy industry, a background in Economics, or experience in utility ratemaking is a big plus. (preferred)
    2 years: Experience interpreting and presenting complex data. (required)
