PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide expertise for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment. * Lead as the Subject Matter Expert on all VDI related issues/needs. * Provide support for ticket escalation on major outages. * Be able to work in a rapid paced environment at times. * Provide strategic leadership and input with development partners to ensure customers understand emerging needs and technological advancements. * Lead the onboarding and standup of new enclaves and environments as needed. * Interacts with Tier III support and evaluates vendor products. * Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources. * Creates, maintains, and implements detailed documentation and maintains standard operating procedures. * Application of security settings and other commercial best * Provides coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level technical staff.
