The Role We are seeking a visionary VP, Creative to lead high-impact brand experiences from concept through execution. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and engineering. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class experiential and live event programs, while also scaling big ideas across integrated marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities



  • Creative Leadership: Set the creative standard and push the boundaries of every brief. Lead with a high degree of craft, ensuring work is both strategic and polished.
  • Client Partnership: Act as a senior creative lead alongside account and production directors. Present with confidence, selling bold ideas to senior stakeholders while fostering a collaborative partnership with clients.
  • Innovation: Leverage emerging technologies-including generative AI and real-time production-to enhance live and digital experiences.
  • Business Development: Drive growth by leading high-stakes pitches, shaping compelling narratives, and architecting "blue-sky" concepts.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a high bar for execution, ensuring every detail aligns with the overarching vision and brand strategy.


Requirements



  • Experience: 8-12 years in creative roles within experiential, events, or advertising, including significant time at the Creative Director level.
  • Portfolio: A proven track record of conceptual thinking, experiential design, and integrated storytelling.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Mindset: A collaborative, low-ego approach with a genuine curiosity for the future of digital and physical experiences.
