Joining this team means contributing to products and platforms that touch millions, fostering an environment where creativity and strategic thinking are paramount.

Are you a visionary UX Designer ready to drive significant impact on a global scale? We are seeking a highly experienced and influential professional to take ownership of critical projects and programs, shaping the user experience strategy for mature and emerging areas. This is an incredible opportunity to leverage your expertise to define scalable solutions, challenge conventional thinking, and evangelize long-term user experience and product strategy. You will be instrumental in guiding multiple design efforts, fostering innovation, and ensuring our products deliver exceptional value and mitigate unintentional harm. Your contributions will directly influence the direction of our digital offerings and empower users with seamless, intuitive interactions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Own outcomes for mature projects, complex programs, or emerging areas by defining scalable and sustainable approaches to solve difficult problems with limited precedent.

* Develop and evangelize long-term user experience and product strategy for your team, providing alternative perspectives that challenge prevailing thinking and provoke greater divergence of thought.

* Serve as a subject-matter expert in UX design principles, user-centered product development methodologies, design systems, and research tools.

* Collaborate with engineers to communicate, negotiate, and influence design intention, guiding design specifications (e.g., design specs, mock-ups, or product models) for implementation.

* Utilize and propose new, key data and metrics to evaluate product impact, understand the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry, collaborating across teams to develop design solutions.

* Drive design improvements based on UX testing and stakeholder input, engaging stakeholders to achieve product goals.

* Build consensus and gain support for design strategy across diverse stakeholders, effectively communicating design approaches and anticipating challenges.

* Contribute to developing project priorities aligned with larger goals and coordinate resource allocation within projects, actively seeking opportunities to expand responsibilities.

* Create innovative design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends that further business objectives and support key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Anticipate evolving design constraints and clearly communicate the rationale behind design choices related to design solutions.

* Drive a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products, performing design and testing processes and generating support for a design vision with partners.

* Guide other UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation and/or user research/testing, or conduct independent research to inform design direction.

* Apply, adapt, and define UX design frameworks for user experiences, including principles, patterns, and systems, leveraging writing and design tools to visualize ideas and develop mock-ups or prototypes.

* Tailor deliverables independently based on product or platform requirements, identifying and following writing and design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.

* Propose improvements to user experience by analyzing and anticipating user needs through collaboration, and resolving strategic, product, or technological constraints.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven ability to own outcomes for complex design initiatives, demonstrating leadership in defining scalable and sustainable solutions.

* Expertise in UX design principles, user-centered product development methodologies, design systems, and research tools.

* Demonstrated ability to influence design direction and strategy across multiple teams and stakeholders.

* Strong collaboration skills, particularly with engineering teams, to guide design specifications and implementation.

* Proficiency in data analysis, synthesis, and planning to evaluate product impact and understand user trends.

* In-depth knowledge of product design and the product development lifecycle.

* Strong understanding and application of UX research methodology.

* Keen aesthetic sensibility and a deep understanding of user behavior.
