Description
What You Will Do to Change Lives As the Data Analysis Specialist for our Pathways to Recovery program, you are the gatekeeper of the insights that drive our success. By managing our Electronic Health Records (EHR) and tracking outcomes, you ensure our clinical teams have the accurate information they need to support our members, and our payers see the real-world impact of our programs. In this role, you will be a self-starting collaborator who connects the dots between administrative accuracy and positive client outcomes.
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday Compensation: Expected starting wage range is $22.97 - $28.38. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Our Pathways to Recovery program serves 150 adults and Transitional Aged Youth (TAY, ages 16-25) who have a qualifying Title IX mental health diagnosis and have recently been discharged from county-identified long-term care facilities.
