We deliver digital government solutions that put people first. Our software is utilized by government customers for digital transformation in their public facing engagement to citizens and business, to other agencies across government, to their employee intranets, and to mission environments that support our country. What you'll Do

  • Drive revenue for Adobe Creativity & Productivity business in Federal Department of War and Intelligence community Government accounts
  • Drive revenue for Adobe Creativity & Productivity business in top 20 Federal System Integrator accounts.
  • Deliver performance against goals consistently and predictably
  • Lead the team with passion and dedication to the field
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners
  • Track, monitor, and accurately forecast business across the territory
  • Improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned accounts

What you need to succeed

  • 7-10+ years leading high-performance teams servicing Department of War government accounts
  • Top Secret (Active) clearance with Active TS/SCI preferred.
  • Well established executive contacts within the Department of War, Intelligence and Federal System Integrator Community.
  • Validated self-starter mentality with a specific plan to "own" your business
  • Dedication to personal responsibility and expectation of performance
  • Passion, energy, great attitude, and a confirmed plan for building and running successful sales teams
  • Empathy and high EQ to do it the "right" way
  • Success in selling solution-based SaaS offerings
  • Superior customer-facing attributes both internally and externally
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to "win people over"
  • Work successfully in a team environment, collaborating closely with all other organizations within Adobe including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Support, etc.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $316,600 -- $529,625 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $342,800 - $496,400

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
