Join Utz as a Customer Logistics Analyst supporting our large format grocery and club customersand help shape a smarter, more efficient customer supply chain. In this role, you'll partner across sales, supply chain, and key customers to improve service, reduce cost-to-serve, strengthen inventory performance, and support cash collection goals. You'll turn complex data into clear insights, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and help drive results across the club and broader distribution network.

What You'll Do



  • Analyze route-to-market and order-to-cash performance to improve service, reduce cost, and identify process improvements.
  • Turn complex data into actionable insights, dashboards, and KPI reporting for customers, sales, and leadership.
  • Partner with key club customers and internal teams to strengthen execution, improve performance, and reduce fines and deductions.
  • Support data governance, demand analysis, and ad hoc customer issues to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts across the channel.


What We're Looking For

Education



  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Experience



  • Strong business acumen and broad supply chain knowledge, including the end-to-end order management process.
  • Experience working with and connecting large, complex data sets.
  • Experience building visual analytics and dashboards, especially in Microsoft Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, charts, and graphs.
  • Experience with ERP and TMS platforms; Microsoft Dynamics 365 and e2open BluJay are a plus.
  • Background in order management, customer service, and/or customer fulfillment.
  • Experience with collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment is a plus.


Skills



  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
