- Team Leaders wishing to ascend to a higher level Team Leader position, must demonstrate satisfactory performance in that higher job class (by reviving a former skill set or through documented training in that new job class)
- Team Leaders rated as "Meets Expectations" will receive annual increases until the midpoint of their range is reached
- After the midpoint of the range is reached, increase percentages will be measured based on the Team Leader's proximity to the maximum of their range
- Team Leader pay rates will be capped at the maximum for their range
- Team Leader pay ranges will be reviewed each year as part of the annual compensation process
