Position Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm.

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a very fast-paced front desk role. This position requires handling incoming telephone calls, routing and assisting walk-in customers, and managing all aspects of customer service. Daily responsibilities include taking detailed messages, collecting information from clients for insurance quotes and for changes to their current policies, and processing payments both in person and over the phone. The representative must consistently demonstrate clear, professional verbal communication and the ability to work directly with the public.

Additional duties include scheduling appointments, maintaining and updating client records in our agency management system, assisting agents with routine administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming front office environment. Candidates should have basic computer knowledge, familiarity with multi-line phone systems, and strong organizational skills. Prior experience in insurance or customer service is preferred but not required; we will provide orientation and on-the-job training for the right candidate.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, dependable attendance, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential information. We are looking for someone who is punctual, motivated to learn, and enjoys helping people solve problems. The ideal candidate demonstrates empathy, patience, and the ability to multitask accurately in a busy setting.

The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8: 00 AM to 5: 00 PM.
