Overview

Deutsche Bank's Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) aims to build long-term, trusted and mutually beneficial relationships with the major financial institutions around the world. FIC integrates top sales, research, and trading/structuring expertise across FX, Rates, Credit, and Emerging Markets to meet automation, regulatory, and client demands for standardized and transparent execution.

Deutsche Bank's Corporate Treasury Services provides corporate clients with integrated financial solutions, including liquidity, FX, payments, trade finance, and lending, all coordinated by a treasury coverage team in partnership with the Investment Bank.

As a Business Support function, the team supports FIC & Global Corporate Coverage (GCC) Accountable Client Owners (ACOs) globally to ensure Sales/Coverage and Trading ACO client files are Know Your Client (KYC) compliant in a timely manner, and to ensure ACOs have access to the information they need to satisfy KYC requirements to latest policy standards.

As a Perimeter Management function, our team supports FIC & GCC teams globally to ensure Sales/Coverage and Trading have the tools and information they need to trade and complete KYC to latest policy standards.

You will be required to ensure that FIC & GCC maintain a profitable, risk adverse and performing client perimeter that meets the Bank's risk appetite across various global and regional metrics, whilst holding individuals accountable via Total Performance Indicators (TPI's) and milestones.

What You'll Do

  • Manage delivery across regulatory change, business growth initiatives, audits, and remediation activity; lead endtoend perimeter change initiatives and oversee KYC deliverables, driving process improvement, and standardization for the Front Office.
  • Serve as first point of escalation and decisionmaker for Sales and Trading on KYC, client onboarding, and account lifecycle escalations; manage competing priorities and multiple concurrent deliverables, ensuring focus on highestrisk and highestimpact outcomes.
  • Represent the FIC business on bankwide policy, KYC, and regulatory working groups, providing business impact analysis.
  • Oversee development and automation of KYC transparency and Management Information, delivering meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare, present, and contribute to senior governance forums, committees, and management meetings, clearly articulating risks, progress, and strategic considerations; lead, develop, and mentor junior resources, setting clear expectations on delivery, prioritization, and escalation
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, regulatory commitments, and training requirements.

Skills You'll Need

  • Senior experience in client lifecycle, regulatory change, or fronttoback banking processes and proven ability to operate in a dynamic, changedriven environment with significant adhoc demands.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience engaging Sales, Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Technology; experience preparing and presenting materials for senior management and governance forums.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance regulatory risk with business objectives.
  • Leadership experience managing teams and driving delivery through others.
  • Must be agile and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities.

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $170,000 to $200,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
