The Communications Lead - Internal & Executive Communications will own the team's internal voice and serve as a strategic communications partner to leadership. This role is responsible for executive messaging, organizational communications, leadership presentations, announcements, employee engagement content, and board-level materials. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer who can synthesize complex information into concise, compelling messaging for multiple audiences. This role will partner closely with the Communications Principal and cross-functional stakeholders across product, analytics, strategy, and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities

Domicile: This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States, excluding AK, HI, and U.S. territories. However, if you live within the 50-mile radius of a campus, you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week. Compensation: Annual salary range: $96,000 - $144,000, based on national market data. Starting compensation will vary depending on domicile, experience, and operational needs. Timeline: The application window for this role will remain open for seven (7) days starting May 18th and will close at 5:00 PM EST on the posting close date.
