Growing modern manufacturing operation is partnering with Staffmark in Little Rock to hire Painting Operators. A background working in heavy industrial production and/or auto body repair using skills in sandblasting, painting, and/or metallization techniques highly desired!

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Technical Certifications in related field preferred
• Minimum1year of hands-on experience working in production sandblasting (automatic/manual) and/or high-pressure painting with use of commonly used machinery, tools, and equipment required. Familiar with metallization processes preferred.
• Auto body sandblasting, metallization and/or painting background desirable
• Continuous Improvement knowledge is preferred
• Experience using computerized work order systems is preferred
• Strongattentiontodetailwithan emphasis on safety and high-quality workmanship
• Strong interpersonalcommunicationskills and ability to workindependentlyor collaborate in a cross-culturalteam setting
• Ability to work a full-time schedule Monday-Friday 1^st shift
• Ability to work OT per business demand
• Able to stand for 8-10 hour shift
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for painting
• Paint materials and component parts
• Inspection of finished materials for Quality Control
