Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Logistics provides strategic and operational leadership for global, multi-site warehouse and logistics operations. This role is responsible for driving global standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across warehouse networks while ensuring high levels of safety, quality, service, and cost efficiency. As a people leader and change agent, this role partners cross-functionally to support FormFactor's growth, scalability, and global supply chain strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Standardization & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive network-wide standardization of warehouse processes, tools, metrics, and systems in alignment with global logistics strategies.

  • Identify, benchmark, and implement best practices and operational synergies across global warehouse locations to optimize cost, service levels, and operational performance.

  • Champion automation, digitization, and technology-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and data visibility.

  • Embed lean principles and a continuous improvement culture across all warehouse operations, using data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving methodologies.

Multi-Site Operations Leadership

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple global warehouse sites, ensuring consistent execution, compliance, and performance standards.

  • Establish, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs related to safety, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving throughput, labor productivity, service levels, and cost efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards across all locations.

  • Lead and develop warehouse managers and regional logistics teams with a focus on performance management, talent development, training, and succession planning.

Warehouse Start-Up & Facility Build-Out

  • Lead the end-to-end development of new warehouse facilities, including layout design, material flow, equipment and racking selection, system integration, staffing, and operational launch.

  • Manage project timelines, capital budgets, and external vendor relationships to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

  • Integrate safety, compliance, scalability, and automation considerations into warehouse design and operational models.

  • Leverage new facilities as benchmarks and pilot sites for global logistics standardization and best practices.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing global warehouse and logistics organization, including site leaders and regional management teams.

  • Provide clear vision, strategic direction, and leadership to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop talent to build organizational capability and support long-term business and growth objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, IT, finance, and other cross-functional leaders to drive company-wide initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent work experience| Required
