From your PASSION to ours Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Senior Analyst, National Trade Strategy & Planning based in Bedford, NH. The Senior Analyst, National Trade Strategy & Planning is responsible for executing customer strategy, sales forecasting, trade management, and data evaluation. This role drives business operations and maximizes return on investment (ROI) through rigorous data analysis and strategic planning. Additionally, the Senior Analyst collaborates closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure all initiatives align with the organization's overarching goals and values. From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Evaluate ongoing business performance against measured growth targets at the individual account level.
- Ensure Revenue Growth Management (RGM) analytics execution and compliance in partnership with the Sales team.
- Maintain Trade Promotion Management (TPM) comparative accuracy against customer trade planners and roadmaps, ensuring accurate entry of plans and programs into GoSimple for the Monthly Trade Accrual Report.
- Evaluate slotting ROI payback analysis by customer at the pack group level.
- Assist with conducting monthly P&L sales calls and runs TM1 financial reports as required.
- Maintain account-specific Net Unit Cost files for all top customers.
- Collaborate with RGM team members to build out gross-to-net forecasts - including baselines, promotional lifts, trade funding, and ancillary costs to secure plan acceptance and execution at the customer level.
- Develop and deliver ad-hoc analysis for internal functions, including Demand Planning, Brand, and Sales Finance.
- Prepare the Monthly Topline Trade Report for executive management and the Top Customer Summary Report for PSP.
- Participate in the semi-annual sales forecast and assist in conducting forecast meetings with the sales team for assigned customers.
- Manage the Add-Delete file to incorporate planner data regarding expected assortment changes across all customers.
- Review trade planners to ensure ongoing forecast trade rates align with Net Unit Guidelines and AMPS standards.
- Enter all slotting deals into GoSimple and coordinate with Trade Management to ensure accurate deduction applications.

Requirements From your STORY to ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
- Major in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, business development, category management, and/or finance required.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or syndicated data (or similar analytical packages) required.
- Knowledge of GoSimple is a plus.
- Proven ability to structure and manage organizational and supporting services to maximize customer opportunities according to category and channel objectives.
- Demonstrated knowledge of competitive brands, products, and manufacturers, with the ability to build short-, medium-, and long-term commercial strategies.
- Ability to analyze sales data, formulate meaningful insights, and build fact-based solutions that drive business opportunities.
- Ability to develop, analyze, and interpret relevant data to produce and adapt effective sales reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a logical approach to assessing situations, identifying root causes, and deploying effective solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking skills to identify cause-and-effect relationships and synthesize data for effective decision-making.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize, allocate resources efficiently, and execute objectives with method and rigor.
