Salary: $48,000.00 - $99,300.00 per year (Depending on experience)

1st Shift + 2nd Shift + 3rd Shift Available

Here's what we're looking for.

• Prior maintenance and troubleshooting of toolmaking equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to Utilize precision measuring and gauging tools during machining
• Experience producing jigs, fixtures, tools and dies
• Experience set up and testing of dies
• High degree of precision and manual dexterity.
• Experience using a surface grinder

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure dependable, on-site attendance.
• Inspect parts, strips, components, and tooling for accuracy and quality.
• Diagnose and repair issues through unscheduled maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with management to drive continuous process improvements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, verbal/written instructions, and physical samples.
• Determine specifications and inspect work using high-precision measuring equipment.
• Use hand tools to fabricate and finish jigs, fixtures, dies, and tools.
• Assemble and test dies, ensuring products meet strict specifications; identify and resolve die issues.
• Document and update shop prints with redline modifications.
• Accurately record work performed and time spent on maintenance cards and timesheets.
• Maintain clean, organized equipment and workspace.
• Partner with product designers to share manufacturing insights for new product development.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Support operational excellence and follow management directives.
