Summary:

In this role, you will support the execution of Vizient's early career recruiting strategy across the organization. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring top early talent while delivering a positive, seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle campus recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring interns and entry-level candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, faculty, and student organizations
  • Represent Vizient at campus events (in-person and virtual), including career fairs, info sessions, and networking events
  • Coordinate recruiting logistics such as interview scheduling, event planning, and candidate communications
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support internship and early career program coordination, including onboarding and engagement initiatives
  • Partner with the Early Careers Leader to ensure a strong candidate and stakeholder experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field(required)
  • 2-5+ years of recruiting, campus recruiting, or coordination experience (required)
  • Experience planning events or managinglogisticsin a fast-paced environment(required)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organization and project management with strong attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track and report metrics
  • Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approachto problem solving
  • Willingness to travel to target campuses during peak recruiting seasons (primarily in the fall).

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $101,200.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
