The Innovation Project Manager leads the design, execution, and translation of healthcare innovation initiatives from concept through implementation. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, drives project planning and deliverables, and synthesizes insights from stakeholders, data, and research to inform scalable solutions that improve care delivery and patient outcomes.
Essential Functions: - Drive HTL team coordination and engagement, including organizing team meetings, aligning member availability, and supporting speaker recruitment. - Contribute to HTL development and fundraising efforts, including participation in development meetings and creation of donor outreach materials and communications. - Support Hospital at Home (HaH) research initiatives, including survey and study development, data analysis and synthesis, and preparation of reports, abstracts, and manuscripts to inform technology-enabled care delivery. - Support cross-functional HTL initiatives, including collaboration on fellow-led projects and project management for key initiatives (e.g., TranslateLive). - Support management of ACLS and PALS applications, including synthesizing user and performance data, contributing to strategy discussions, and driving alignment across stakeholders to inform product direction and donor reporting.
