Registered Nurse

Schedule:

Schedules available include working every other weekend and every other holiday

Available Shifts:

1. 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. l 60 hours per pay period

Education Required:

1. Graduate of an accredited nursing program
2. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing
3. Current CPR certification

The Difference You'll Make

1. Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders
2. Safely administer medications and treatments while monitoring resident response and effectiveness
3. Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record
4. Communicate significant changes in condition to the Nurse Manager, physicians, and family members, ensuring appropriate follow-up
5. Provide leadership, coordination, and guidance to CENAs to promote high-quality, person-centered care
6. Maintain a respectful, compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members

Qualifications:

Experience Preferred:

1. Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred, but not required
2. Experience in senior living, skilled nursing, or short-term rehabilitation preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
2. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
3. Demonstrated sound clinical judgment and professional integrity
4. Commitment to compassionate, person-centered customer service
5. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and transferring residents
