Job DetailsJob Summary: The Senior Contract Specialist position is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administration of a broad range of tenders, proposals, and other commercial contracts. Position requires elevated experience in legal and contract management processes exemplified through effectively evaluate the commercial and legal risk to Haemonetics and suggest appropriate contract structures or terms that will provide effective risk management. Actively participates in contract compliance, diligence issues, and reporting requirements. Individual will be further aligned to counsel internal department on the legal, regulatory, and business obligations set forth within contracts and elevate any issues to associate and/or general counsel as appropriate. Oversee the contract process, end to end, from drafting complex commercial agreements to managing the negotiation process and understanding the key regulatory and industry trends, to monitoring and reporting contract compliance for all business units. This position will require frequent verbal and written interaction with both internal and external stakeholders and the ability to identify and resolve complex commercial transactional/compliance issues. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
