Position Summary
The Cybersecurity Lead shall oversee cybersecurity operations, RMF compliance, vulnerability management, incident response, and security engineering activities supporting enterprise systems and applications for a major IT services contract for the U.S. Army.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity operations supporting classified and unclassified environments.
- Manage RMF Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities and ATO packages.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate incident response and remediation activities.
- Manage cybersecurity documentation and artifacts.
- Oversee vulnerability scanning, patch management, and compliance reporting.
- Coordinate with system, network, and development teams to remediate findings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience.
- Experience supporting RMF and DoD cybersecurity programs.
- Experience with vulnerability management tools and SIEM platforms.
- Strong understanding of DISA STIGs and security hardening.
Preferred Qualifications
- CISSP certification.
- Experience supporting Army or DoD cybersecurity operations centers.
Certifications
- CISSP preferred
- Security+ CE minimum
Security Clearance
- Active Secret clearance required.
