Schedule:2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM + Fridays: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Machinist Requirements: Built for Precision

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or machining experience preferred
• Knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes
• Experience with manual machines such as saws, lathes, or mills
• Understanding of GD&T principles and shop math
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Your Everyday Hustle

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machining centers
• Manufacture newly designed parts including tooling, fixtures, and machining strategy selection
• Create programs from scratch or modify existing programs
• Inspect machined parts using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, thread gauges, and CMM equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Perform routine machine maintenance including coolant management and chip removal
• Support continuous improvement, quality, safety, and production initiatives
• Assist and guide other machinists with setups and fixture use as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
