Key Responsibilities / Requirements
  • Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting across a wide range of roles, including professional, technical, and operational positions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, providing market intelligence, talent insights, and strategic hiring guidance
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality, speed, and candidate experience
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop and execute effective sourcing and hiring strategies aligned to business priorities
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and continuous improvement, contributing to innovation within Talent Acquisition practices
  • Leverage data and insights to inform decisions, including building reports, tracking metrics, and presenting results to stakeholders
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, shifting focus and priorities to meet evolving organizational needs
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach strategies
  • Ensure consistent use of recruiting processes, tools, and systems to drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional recruiting experience in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for professional (non-hourly) corporate, or technical roles
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse requisition load across functions, levels, and geographies
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills, with demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, analysis) and PowerPoint (building clear, compelling presentations)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with changing priorities
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Work on-site 3 days/week in Bloomington, MN
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, or Life Science
  • Proficiency with Workday Recruiting
  • Experience supporting a broad mix of roles, including engineering, operations, and corporate functions
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and market insights to inform recruiting strategies
  • Track record of driving process improvements, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to innovation in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
