The Temporary IT Technician is responsible to proactive end-user focused technical support of workstations, laptops, printers, virtual desktops, and other supported peripheral devices. This position will act as a subject matter expert for end-user computing experiences and provide comprehensive support for component systems and services. Job Contributions Configure and Maintain End-User Computer Systems You will install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware, software, systems, and peripherals; participate in large-scale departmental technology refreshes; maintain accurate inventories; and assist with equipment moves, unloading new equipment, and disposing of old equipment to salvage vendors Customer Service You will meet customer demands, prioritize workloads, coordinate activities, and ensure that activities comply with industry best practices and Maricopa County standards Communication
IT Service Management (ITSM) You will manage service ticket queues and resolve daily hardware and software support issues; serve as a subject matter expert and top-tier onsite support; research industry trends, technologies, and standards, providing proactive recommendations to supervisors or management Working Conditions
