*Description*
The Sales Enablement Specialist (SES) - Global Sales Onboarding is responsible for delivering a high-impact onboarding experience that accelerates new sales consultants to productivity. This role facilitates blended learning programs (e.g., ILT, CBT, digital content) that build seller capability across the client platform, sales methodology, and business acumen, and Client Acumen, the SES ensures new hires are effectively integrated, aligned to strategic priorities, and equipped to deliver strong customer outcomes and achieve sales goals. The role drives a consistent global onboarding experience that reinforces the culture and values. Facilitation & Coaching * Deliver engaging onboarding through blended learning using adult learning principles. * Train and coach new hires on the client products, tools, systems, sales motions, and industry context. * Enable sellers to clearly articulate value, handle objections, and conduct effective demos. * Partner with sales leaders and managers to reinforce learning through post-onboarding support and feedback loops. Program Delivery Excellence * Prepare structured sessions with clear objectives, pre-work, and relevant resources. * Set expectations, manage time effectively, and adapt delivery to audience needs. * Foster interactive learning through discussions, scenarios, and practice with feedback. * Create an inclusive, psychologically safe environment that encourages participation. * Anticipate challenges and implement contingency plans to ensure smooth delivery. * Continuously improve facilitation through feedback and self-assessment. Sales Acumen & Learner Engagement * Demonstrate deep understanding of sales processes, customer journeys, and seller challenges. * Use varied facilitation techniques (e.g., role-play, polls, discussions) to drive engagement and retention. Data, Strategy & Collaboration * Track and report onboarding effectiveness, including ramp and competency metrics. * Use data to inform continuous improvement and measure program impact. * Align onboarding to client strategy, priorities, and business outcomes (e.g., readiness, customer satisfaction, time-to-impact). * Partner with Sales Enablement, Instructional Design, and Sales teams to maintain and evolve onboarding content and delivery. * Support onboarding-related initiatives and change efforts; * identify and escalate barriers to effectiveness. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
