As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Irving, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced transportation location as an unarmed officer in a role that includes driving responsibilities. You will patrol assigned areas, stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support travelers, visitors, and staff through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, operational spaces, and the perimeter, as assigned, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized entry, verify credentials when required, and follow post orders related to visitor and personnel movement.
• Support crowd management, queue observation, and high-traffic area coverage during busy travel periods, helping maintain orderly operations and addressing customer questions and/or concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
