About the Team TechSource is seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professional to support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives for engineering and technical operations within a highly regulated DOE/NNSA environment. This role will provide mentorship and technical guidance to company personnel while supporting the implementation and refinement of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and best practices. The selected candidate will work closely with engineering leadership and operational personnel to strengthen process maturity, improve organizational efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives across multiple projects and functional areas. About this Role The Process Improvement Engineer will serve as a technical mentor and advisor responsible for observing engineering and operational processes, coaching personnel on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and supporting implementation of process improvement initiatives. This role will help drive operational effectiveness by strengthening personnel capabilities, monitoring improvement activities, and promoting continuous improvement principles throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong Lean Six Sigma expertise, proven mentoring experience, and the ability to work effectively with technical teams in highly regulated operational environments.
