The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Program Management Office (PMO) team. SEI's IMS Project Management Office (PMO) is hiring a Senior Project Manager to drive execution of client onboarding and conversion programs. This position leads end-to-end delivery by implementing a structured governance cadence, producing and managing project plans and key milestones, and aligning cross-functional teams across core workstreams such as Accounting, Investor Services, Conversion, and PMO. The role requires strong stakeholder management, disciplined tracking of deliverables and action items, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear documentation, communication, and escalation practices.

What you will do:

* As a senior project manager, you are responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects that impact a client organization.

* Planning: You will develop detailed project plans, set deadlines, and manage schedules.

* Budgeting: You will managing financials and ensure projects are completed within budget.

* Team management: You will build and motivate teams to meet project goals.

* Risk management: You will identify and mitigate risk to ensure projects are delivered on time.

* Communication: You will communicate with clients and stakeholders about the status of projects.

* Quality control: You will ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.

* Reporting: You will be responsible for reporting on project success, metrics, and deployment activities.

* Collaboration: You will collaborate and work with multiple teams across the organization.

* You should have excellent facilitation, organization, and coordination skills. You should also be able to work well in uncertain circumstances and provide solutions.

What we need from you:

* BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Economics or equivalent work experience.

* Minimum 8 years of business analysis and/or project management experience. Private Equity experience is a plus.

* Knowledge of the financial services industry, security markets and investment types.

* Ability to interact and build effective working relationships.

* Demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced, high-intensity working environment with multiple and diverse responsibilities.

* Ability to analyze issues quickly and independently and take appropriate action under tight time constraints.

* Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take on additional responsibility quickly.

* The self-motivation and drive to monitor multiple client deliverables without sacrificing excellence or quality.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.

* Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with internal and external clients.
