POSITION: TREASURY MANAGEMENT SALES ANALYST Position Summary: At Cambridge Savings Bank, our purpose is to have a positive impact on our customers, employees, and community's financial well-being. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support and service to the Treasury Management (TM) department and its clients focusing on strategies for revenue growth, client retention, and client experience. Key Result Areas: * Provide support to assigned Treasury Management Consultants (TMC) in all aspects of the sales process. Assists in the development of custom plans and solutions to exceed TM clients' requirements and expectations. * Proficient in TM solutions knowledge and their benefits to clients; able to analyze complex information and data. * Engagement and involvement in client call preparation, process reviews, proposal generation, presentations, including demos, trend analysis, and pricing proformas, including exceptions. * Assist with annual portfolio reviews conducted with Relationship Managers (RM) and TMC's, including preparation and follow-up. * Proactively identifies and communicates new and cross-sell opportunities that will improve revenue. * Work effectively with cross-functional teams collaborating with business partners, both internal and external, providing technical support as needed. Follow account opening and service implementation to ensure a smooth client experience. In instances of fraud, able to help manage expectations, review fraud process, and present mitigation services with clients. * Able to data mine and review existing portfolio of assigned TMCs for revenue enhancements or cross-sell opportunities to deepen client relationships. * Monitor and perform quality assurance regarding client fees and addresses revenue leakage. * Assist with daily operations of TM functions and processes; troubleshooting problems with hardware/software and able to recommend action. Provide in-depth support to resolve inquiries via phone or email in an accurate, timely, and efficient manner. * Assist with client outreach for ACH renewals, annual Third-Party Sender updates, ACH returns, and other various initiatives required from time-to-time. * Document client information and feedback on recurring issues to help support product development and quality. * Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements. * Assists with coordination of client events to drive pipeline and sales. May attend periodic seminars. * Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years Treasury Management experience -or- the combination of High School/Secondary School and five years Treasury Management experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills and strong customer service skills (in-person and via phone) working with all levels of management and business clients. * Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while partnering effectively across the organization. Ability to cope with complexity, uncertainty, and differing circumstances, including working closely with TMCs with different work styles. * Experience managing implementations and client journey, requiring cross-functional collaboration. * Critical thinker, detail oriented, with strong analytical skills including the ability to problem solve and troubleshoot challenging issues, work independently, make prompt and qualified decisions. * Strong technical and operational bank knowledge with proficiency in TM solutions, industry knowledge and client benefits, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically PowerPoint and Excel. * Thorough knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures. Location: Hybrid/Waltham, MA Salary Range: $72,250 - $102,000 The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $72,250 - $102,000. Cambridge Saving Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
