Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Senior End to End Test Managers in Jacksonville, FL to manage quality, planning, execution, and reporting of all testing phases of various implementations for FIS clients. Cover functional, user acceptance (UAT), performance, and security testing, ensuring that all requirements are translated into actionable test strategies and plans. E2E Test Managers will need to coordinate with the client, FIS implementation team(s), the development organization as necessary as well as the Test Automation teams to devise Test strategy for Clients. The role demands clear communication of objectives, progress, and risk to all stakeholders, as well as the ability to report on test results, participate in Go/No Go decisions. The person will serve as a final alignment step between business stakeholders, the client, and FIS implementations teams on quality of the implementations. They will be serving as a strategic partner in quality alignment across business and technical stakeholders. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end test case management and execution, monitoring business readiness, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards, and supporting continuous improvement through best practice adoption, especially those involving AI-driven methodologies and tools. The Test Manager identifies and deploys innovative AI automated solutions to streamline testing, such as machine learning for test optimization and AI-assisted test automation frameworks. Additional responsibilities include coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), Business Process Testing, Performance testing, and security testing. Ensure identification of availability and readiness of business testers for all end-to-end test cases with client. Plan, monitor and manage execution of the end-to-end test cases. Ensure business involvement in test preparation and execution. Coordinate with the test automation team to facilitate them with candidate test cases and oversee the build-out of automation portfolio as a value add for clients. Coordinate defect management cycles with the implementation team, development, and clients. Provide appropriate reporting to project managers. Perform special projects and initiatives upon request and on occasion. Identify and implement best practices and suggest how to improve current practices. Communicate with business-line and product-line leaders on recommendations and improvement areas. and other related duties assigned as needed.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: performing Test Management with ability to write holistic Test Strategy Documents with RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) conditions defined for all stakeholders; utilizing industry standard tools in multi-party ecosystems including Defect Severity and Priority Definitions and Turn Around Time SLAs for Defect Management; implementing test case prioritization, and predictive defect analysis to help streamline the testing lifecycle, improve traceability, and enable smarter decision-making through automated insights and recommendations; performing End-to-End Testing including detailed understanding of all phases of testing with clear idea of Entry and Exit criteria definition, and using Functional Test Automation Tools and Performance Testing tools; utilizing Test Management Tools for comprehensive test planning, execution, and reporting; completing reporting utilizing various standard dashboards and templates; and providing RAG (Red, Amber Green) status quantified by Risk indicators, Test Execution and Defect Metrics. In the alternative, the employer will accept a master's degree in the above listed fields and eight (8) years of experience in the above-listed skills. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. 25% of travel required.
