Customer Service Rep

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

* Opening and closing 202 North Dock and Mail center.

* Performing all Doc operations which include Receiving, Scan in/out packages maintaining a chain of custody and deliver packages internally to clients.

* Package and process Shipping both Domestic and Int'l.

* Maintain Coffee inventory on site and fill Coffee orders as required.

* Maintain Coffee supplies in Breakrooms on designated floors that dock is responsible for.

* Serve as back up to our driver that does the Outside run which requires driving a Van and small

box truck and delivering Mail and Packages to surrounding buildings.

* Ability to cross train in all other areas that we operate such as Incoming and Outgoing mail and performing Mail runs and Final sweeps.

* Perform all duties and special requests assigned by the Team Leader and Manager.

* Help resolve customer concerns/issues

* Handle time-sensitive material

* Maintain accuracy of required reports, logs, and measurements

* Ensure adherence to business guidelines, safety & security procedures

Required Qualifications:

* Maintain Chain of Custody when delivering packages.

* Ability to resolve customer concerns/issues

* Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with customers and company personnel

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

* Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment

* Excellent Attendance.

* Strong organizational and administrative skills required

* Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word/Excel

* Lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a safe work environment.

* Ability to adhere to company's policies and procedures

Preferred Qualification:

* Previous Shipping/Receiving experience.

* Previous Driving experience.
