Position Description

Duties:



  • Manage day-to-day Organic Social & CRM communications calendar and execution across all Home Appliance categories.
  • Understand social trends and how they impact creative messaging and content strategy.
  • Drive CRM campaign performance optimization through data-driven testing, audience segmentation, and data science modeling.
  • Align creative with integrated marketing strategy to develop fit-for-purpose, consumer-centric content to impact the appliance business, driving positive sentiment and traffic to the company website.
  • Partner with corporate marketing team, adhering to governance council processes, ensuring all documentation is complete so Home Appliance campaigns are prioritized among other categories and receive a fair share of voice across shared channels.
  • Manage execution of Social and CRM campaigns via internal tools with agency partners, ensuring clear communication and prompt response time to ensure campaigns are sent on time and as intended.


Detailed Functions:



  • QA Social, influencer and CRM content including trafficking sheets, providing clear feedback and direction on necessary updates.
  • Understand key product RTBs, marketing names, and nuances between models.
  • Understand audience segmentation, data science modeling, and developing campaign audiences within a proprietary tool.
  • Manage agency outputs for Social, Influencer and CRM creative, including ensuring creative aligns to brief, test plan is actionable, URL/trafficking sheet is accurate, and all product categories are prioritizing according to business needs.
  • Partner with Digital and Brand Experience team members to understand all workstreams and ensure cohesive messaging and best landing experiences for email communications.
  • Collaborate with IMC and PM teams for creative feedback.
  • Clearly communicate stakeholder feedback to agency partners in a consolidated manner.
  • Manage social posting and content calendars with the agency and internal stakeholders, with clear backup plans when necessary.
  • Handle influencer product inventory requests and deadlines with internal stakeholders aligned to company mandates.
  • Share key activity updates as contributor of the monthly marketing team shareout.
  • Maintain internal documents inclusive of finance reporting, campaign results, live tracker, marketing calendars, etc., and distribute information to stakeholders when applicable.
  • Share social and influencer content with internal stakeholders inclusive of paid media and retailers for potential usage.
  • Limited community management inclusive of YT playlists and collab posting.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for managed channels.
  • Work with global counterparts on content needs and feedback.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
  • 5-7 years related experience required.
  • Strategy and business acumen.
  • Self-starter with desire to drive positive sentiment and consumer loyalty.
  • Great collaborator and strong communication skills.
  • Able to shift focus quickly to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Planning & organization to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams at one time.
  • Attuned to a teamwork environment, fast-paced rhythm, and a results-oriented culture.
  • Knowledge of social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads.
  • Knowledge of Social and CRM best practices as well as a basic understanding of Adobe Campaign Manager, JIRA/Confluence, and other data audience management systems.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with an emphasis on quantitative analysis (Excel) and the creation of presentations (PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to analyze reports, campaign performance, and synthesize recommendations.
  • Familiar with Sprinklr reporting and community management capabilities.
  • Experience managing agency partners and relationships.
  • Tableau reporting and analysis a plus.
  • Global experience appreciated but not mandatory.
