Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition HRSpecialistserves as a dual-function HR professional responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes while supporting core HR operations at the site. This role drives end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning support, sourcing strategy development, and efficient execution of the hiring process to ensuretimelyand compliant hiring.

In parallel, the role provides broadHR support, partneringthe HR teamto deliver effectiveHRguidance,maintainaccurateHR data and reporting, and support compliance requirements.

This position acts as a critical link between Talent Acquisition and HR, ensuring alignment between hiring strategies and broaderpeopleinitiatives, while contributing to continuous improvement efforts and HR projects.

1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Execution

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition creation through offer, ensuringtimely, high-quality, and compliant hiringfor regular,tempand contract employees.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring plans.
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates using diverse channels (job boards, referrals, social media, networking).
  • Coordinate interviews and manage offer processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Represent the organization at recruiting events, job fairs, and build partnerships with schools and talent pipelines.

2. Stakeholder Partnership & Candidate Experience

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional teams to support hiring and HR initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview approaches, and hiring decisions.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with regional and global Talent Acquisition teams on initiatives and projects.

3. HR Operations, Employee Support & Data Management(30%)

  • MaintainaccurateHRIS data, including employee transactions, organizational changes, and reporting inputs.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations inquiries and issue resolution in partnership with HR leadership.
  • Assistwith employee engagement programs, onboarding activities, and workforce initiatives.
  • Maintain organization structures, including org charts and workforce data accuracy.
  • Ensure recruitment and HR practicescomply withcompany policies, SOPs, and applicable employment laws (e.g., EEO/AAP requirements).
  • Support HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting to provide insights and drive decisions.
  • Assistwith audits, documentation, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Identifyand implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate/employee experience.

4.Other HR Projects and Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Life Sciences, Psychology, ora relatedfield.
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a high school diploma or GED equivalent isrequired, along with

minimum offive (5) years of direct recruiting experience, orprogressively responsible experiencein Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, ora relatedfield.

  • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting and/or HR functions ishighlypreferred.
  • 2+years of progressive full lifecycle hands-on recruitment experience within a global or regional organizational modelalong with HR experience (or combination of both).
  • HR Systems & Technology:Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and experience with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, ADP) and recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed).
  • Recruiting & Sourcing:Strong candidate sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and networking tools; experience conducting both technical and behavioral interviews.
  • Stakeholder Consultation:Ability to consult with hiring managers on recruitment strategies, compensation considerations, market trends, and hiring process expectations.
  • Data & Analytics:Experience working with HR, payroll, or benefits data; ability to analyze metrics and support reporting and decision-making.
  • Training & Communication:Ability to develop training materials and effectively deliver presentations to employees and leaders across all levels.
  • Organization & Multitasking:Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • SHRM-CP, PHRcertified
  • Recruitment and HR experience within Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Staffing agency experience
