FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Day Position Summary The Infection Prevention Level II Infection Preventionist is responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of the Infection Prevention Program for an assigned hospital. The Senior Infection Preventionist (Sr. IP) serves as a subject matter expert in infection prevention with specialized proficiency in clinical data analysis, regulatory interpretation, and workflow optimization. In addition to core IP responsibilities, the Sr. IP leads system-wide process improvement initiatives, mentors team members, and partners with leadership to drive strategic infection control goals.Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure. Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $145,808.00 - $205,545.60 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
