FIIX Technical Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY: Describe the general purpose of the job or why the job exists.

This role will serve as the primary support analyst for 3rd party package systems; primarily support FIIX. This person will assist in creating and maintaining standard reports, managing changes in application functionality, maintaining account/job creation process, and monitoring security access within FIIX

This person will be a key liaison between the engineering department and other departments. They will be expected to develop and maintain business SME knowledge regarding the systems they are supporting to better assist the business teams.

Lastly this person will be involved as other projects and support other areas of the business as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: List the principle on-going responsibilities that are necessary to accomplish the purpose of the job.

* Troubleshooting FIIX application and software for all internal customers.

* Provide assistance with training of user personnel in understanding and fulfilling their individual responsibilities in the implementation and operation of new or revised systems.

* Coordinate installation and maintenance of packaged computer software products.

* Interface databases to perform database queries and produce reports

* Design, delivery, and improvement of in-house and third party software applications.

* Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.

* Create requirement, design, user and test specification documentation

QUALIFICATIONS: Describe experience, education and related course work typically required or expected to perform essential job functions.

* Minimum 2-3 years providing analytical support for the Microsoft Dynamics platform; specifically, FIIX.

* Minimum 3-5 years of data analysis experience

* Bachelor's degree preferred (OR equivalent experience)

* Knowledge of FIIX preferred

* Ability to use software peripherals related to job responsibilities, including MS Office, especially Excel and Access
