About the Role:

The Field Clinical Representative (FCR) for Interventional Cardiology is responsible for driving commercial execution and providing clinical and operational support within the assigned territory.This role combines in-field presence in the catheterization laboratory (cath lab) with growing ownership of account execution and business development activities, operating as an individual contributor without direct reports.The position requires a solid foundation in interventional cardiology, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders while identifying opportunities to expand the business.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Execution & Territory Execution



  • Achieve assigned sales targets within the defined territory.
  • Identify and convert business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Execute account plans aligned with territory objectives.
  • Monitor account performance and identify areas for growth.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to increase market share within assigned accounts


Clinical Support & Cath Lab Assistance



  • Provide technical and procedural support during cath lab interventions.
  • Ensure correct and efficient product usage during procedures.
  • Support physicians and clinical teams in routine and moderately complex cases.
  • Develop strong clinical knowledge in interventional cardiology therapies and products.


Account Operations & Inventory Management



  • Manage administrative aspects of assigned accounts with moderate autonomy.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control, stock levels, and product rotation.
  • Anticipate product needs based on procedure planning and historical usage.
  • Coordinate effectively with logistics to ensure product availability.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and account documentation.


Account & Stakeholder Management



  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including:
  • Understand account dynamics and support execution aligned with defined account strategies.
  • Provide consistent support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.


Commercial & Educational Activities



  • Support logistics and coordination of training sessions and events.
  • Participate in customer education initiatives.


Compliance & Quality



  • Execute commercial and educational initiatives to support product adoption.
  • Support organization of training sessions, workshops, and clinical activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement growth initiatives.


Compliance & Quality



  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.




Required qualifications: --- MUST.





    • Bachelor's degree (preferred in Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields).
    • Initial experience in medical devices, healthcare, or cath lab environments.
    • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Interventional Cardiology procedures.
    • Experience in customer-facing roles (clinical support and/or sales).
    • Ability to work autonomously in field environments.
    • Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
    • Intermediate English proficiency.





Preferred qualifications: --- NICE TO HAVE





    • Experience supporting interventional cardiology procedures.
    • Prior experience in medical device sales.
    • Knowledge of hospital procurement and logistics processes.
    • Exposure to account management responsibilities.
