Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a talented PC Hardware Support Technician to provide technical support for our customers. This role will be 98% hardware support with occasional software support. This position will focus on identifying and fixing Lenovo personal computer product issues. The Technician will be working directly with account teams and the customer to identify and reproduce technical issues and provide a solution.

The ideal candidate will provide timely updates to ensure the issue is being understood, worked and fixed. This will be done through working with Level 2 and Product Engineering, and the customer.

This role directly contributes to Lenovo being an industry leader in Customer Satisfaction.

Basic Requirements:

  • A+ Certification
  • 3 years PC Hardware support
  • Ability to demonstrate problem determinization and resolution skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working directly with customers to identify technical issues and providing solutions.
  • Ability to identify pervasive issues on PC products and options
  • Good organizational / planning / communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment


This position is on-site five days a week in Morrisville, NC.
