Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceive, design, and deliver Voice/Conversation experiences and user flows, taking complex user actions and distilling them into usable, delightful interaction
  • Present and communicate lo-fi mockups, interaction design, hi-fi user flows, prototypes, and other design docs to the product team, stakeholder groups, and organizational leadership
  • Be able to clearly articulate design rationale and prioritize feedback to iterate rapidly as we learn more through the design exploration process
  • Identify new opportunities to use LLM AI into design production workflows
  • Deeply understand and empathize with our users' needs and pain points, especially on linguistics

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) fundamentals and their application to conversational design
  • Proven ability to design robust intent recognition and entity extraction systems to power intelligent interactions
  • Expertise in crafting end-to-end dialogue flows and scalable conversation architectures
  • Strong command of linguistics and conversational analysis to inform natural, human-centered design decisions
Basic Requirements:
  • 5+ years of UX / UI design experience
