GW Hospital ICU Summary Medical ICU (MICU) - 32 beds: Complex medical critical care patients Surgical ICU (SICU) - 24 beds: Post-operative and surgical specialties Trauma ICU (TICU) - 20 beds: High-acuity trauma patients Neuro ICU - 20 beds: Neurological and neurosurgical care Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) - 24 beds: Advanced cardiac and ECMO care Job Summary Are you an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse looking to take your career to the next level? Responsibilities Patient Care: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a range of critical care populations. Monitoring: Utilize advanced technology to monitor and manage critically ill patients. Collaboration: Work within interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Critical Thinking: Apply strong clinical judgment in complex, fast-paced situations. Advocacy: Support patients and families throughout the ICU experience. Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough patient records. Education: Provide education on conditions, treatments, and recovery.
