IT Business Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

In this role, the Technical Business Analyst will translate business needs into technical solutions by analyzing complex data, defining system requirements, and collaborating with both technical and business teams. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, creating technical specifications and user stories, performing data analysis, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that technology investments align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into technical solutions by analysing complex data, defining system requirements, and collaborating with both technical and business teams
• Ensure successful implementation and system integration
• Gather and document requirements, create technical specifications and user stories
• Perform data analysis and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify areas for improvement and mitigate technology risks

Requirements:

• Critical analysis skills with ability to communicate with partners and extract relevant information to fully understand requirements
• Strong mix of analytical and technical knowledge to translate requirements into deliverables
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of seniority and technical abilities
• Project Management skills with ability to prioritize requirements
• Exposure to delivering in a large, complex corporate environment
• Able to work on a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in Chandler, AZ

Desired skills:

• Strong overall IT knowledge and understanding of business relationship requirements
• Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or equivalent experience
• Exposure to process management and risks and controls

Pay range: $36.18 - $44.18 per hour
