Responsibilities The Clinical Change Management Manager will be responsible for evaluating clinical technology needs, identifying workflow solutions based on clinical needs, and making recommendations for clinical workflow design that incorporate the use of healthcare technology as it relates to electronic health record integration. The Clinical Change Management Manager manages and contributes to the support and development of EHR implementation plans including change management, group facilitation, training, and customer service. This role is responsible for serving as an expert and liaison between the clinical operations and information services teams. The Clinical Change Management Manager must be able to critically think through troubleshooting scenarios, support all clinical workflows in the healthcare enterprise, and be able to problem solve to develop technical solutions based on industry best-practice. This role bridges the communication between Information Services and operations teams to ensure teams are aligned in developing and implementing healthcare IT solutions for patient care related problems. The Clinical Change Management Manager should have extensive experience in leading projects to implement evidence-based change that uses clinical technology programs to influence positive patient outcomes. The role assists Clinical Application teams in product review and rollout to verify that the design, build & configuration are accurately developed and deployed. The Clinical Change Management Manager supports business continuity and disaster recovery, provides clear and effective communication to all levels of internal and external customers, and works independently or with minimal supervision. Key Accountabilities:
