Job Description
The Opportunity The Office of Continuous Improvement & Institutional Performance seeks applicants for the position of Associate Director of Institutional Integrity and Insights. Reporting to the Director of State Authorizations and Institutional Integrity, this position supports institutional compliance, state authorization activities, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Worldwide division. This role works independently with limited oversight while collaborating closely with administrative departments including Institutional Research, Admissions, Financial Aid, Academic Affairs, Campus Operations, and Technology Services to support accurate state licensure, programmatic approval, and compliance-related applications and filings. Responsibilities include completion and submission of routine state authorization filings, maintenance of supporting documentation and records, and ensuring audit readiness across internal systems and repositories. The Associate Director will maintain and update resource documents, oversee recordkeeping and internal compliance systems, support SharePoint and document management practices, and assist with contract administration activities including tracking, routing, and maintaining related documentation. This individual will also lead project management efforts for the Office of Continuous Improvement & Institutional Performance. Additionally, the position supports institutional process improvement efforts through data interpretation, reporting, and collaboration across departments to enhance operational effectiveness, compliance, and institutional integrity. The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities while meeting strict deadlines. Compensation The annual salary range for this role is $55,000 to $60,000. The final offer will be based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range.
