This position will provide technical and sustaining engineering support in the parametric and functional test. Program automated test equipment to determine if the wafer fabrication process is in compliance. Recommends and helps to implement equipment and test program modifications to improve production efficiencies, testing integrity and production yields for existing products. Develops and conducts statistical analysis such as design of experiments (DOE) and statistical process control (SPC) targeting area and possibly root cause of failure for yield loss and improving quality. Interacts with product and process engineering personnel to ensure that parametric test specs and results are accurate. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, physics, or other microelectronics engineering related fields and 5+ years' job experience in semiconductor tests is required. Master's degree is preferred Please note that this position may require U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency status in the future depending on federal requirements. What We Offer Salary: The estimated base salary range for the position is $100,000-$130,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
